We prefer if you submit the original art. Drawings and other works can be submitted through jpeg. or on paper, but because they require scanning and clean up, there could be a design fee for these submissions. If you have questions regarding art submissions – feel free to contact us. We will walk you through the process. 🙂

We DO accept files from Adobe Illustrator (AI), Vector, EPS or Adobe Photoshop. Photoshop files should be at least 300 dpi at the final printing size.

  • Adobe Illustrator Artwork (AI) is a proprietary file format developed by Adobe Systems for representing single-page vector-based drawings in either the EPS or PDF formats. The .ai filename extension is used by Adobe Illustrator. The AI file format was originally a native format called PGF.
  • EPS is a file extension for a graphics file format used in vector-based images in Adobe Illustrator. EPS stands for Encapsulated PostScript. An EPS file can contain text as well as graphics. It also usually contains a bit map version of the image for simpler viewing rather than the vector instructions to draw the image.
  • Vector files such as AI and EPS can remain editable so you can open them back up in Illustrator and edit any text or other elements within the graphic. With images that contain text that are saved as a JPG, PNG or GIF, you would not be able to reopen and edit the text.

By sticking to these easy guidelines, you minimize costs and turnaround time. Most importantly, you help us create the best possible art.
